Estuary is a community focussed photographic collaboration looking at the Severn Estuary.  This project, designed around a series of walks along the coast of Weston-super-Mare, aims:

• To make photographs which explore our relationship with the Severn Estuary
• To develop participants’ photographic skills
• To foster collaborative practices to create a body of work 
• To encourage wellbeing through walking

The project will bring together people from different areas of our community to share skills, ideas, knowledge & experiences to produce creative outcomes. These outcomes will be exhibited as part of Photo Weston 24. 

The final exhibition will be curated by Jem Southam - one of the most critically respected British photographers - who has been documenting the landscape in the south of England for the past 40 years.
